The word “Constant” in the minds of our clients means “quality and dedication”.
We could be building million dollar luxury homes or building a 100,000 sq. ft warehouse and the words are still synonymous with the Constant Organization.
Constantine Silich started Constant Custom homes in 1950. His children worked alongside him and in doing so, he taught his children how to build a great product among other things, Constantine also taught his children what the word “quality” means because he always built a “quality product”. He showed his children what a strong work ethic was and how he always lived by his motto “do things the right way the first time”.
His youngest son Donald took his dad’s teachings and brought it to a whole new level and Constant Organization was born. Donald, his wife plus several key employees have grown the company, threefold. Together, they have been successful in a number of different aspects of construction from land acquisition, entitlement and development to luxury residential and commercial-retail construction.
The word “quality” is a huge component of our business. Even though Constantine Silich is not with us anymore, the name “Constant” is synonymous with the word “Quality”. He would be very proud of the family business that still bears his name.
